Terms of Service
The agreement governing use of the Klaay platform. It is accepted at signup and incorporates the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms v2.1, including mutual confidentiality obligations, and the Klaay Data Processing Agreement.

Data Processing Agreement
How Klaay processes personal data on behalf of customers, including subprocessor terms, security commitments, and the Standard Contractual Clauses. Forms part of the Terms of Service.

The technical and organizational security measures Klaay maintains for customer data. Forms part of the Data Processing Agreement.

General Website Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to visiting and using klaay.com. These do not govern use of the Klaay platform.

How Klaay collects, uses, and protects personal information, and the rights available to you under GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.

The cookies and similar technologies used on klaay.com and app.klaay.com. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner, which the link in the footer of every page reopens.
